Call for Tanzanian participants in a music training workshop to be held in July 2020 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Female instrumentalists are particularly encouraged to apply!
The Jazzamba School of Music in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut Addis Ababa is organizing a 20 Days training workshop in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. For Tanzania, Action Music Tanzania and the Global Music Academy are responsible for selecting participants and are looking for a team of nine musicians from Tanzania, to attend the training program.
We are looking for musicians who play, Keyboard, Guitar, Electric Bass Guitar, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, Drums, Percussionist, and Vocalists. If you play one of these instruments this might be the chance you were looking for.
The successful applicants will be invited to take part in the pre music workshop which will be held at the Action Music Academy in Dar es Salaam, where nine participants will then be selected to participate in the East African Creative Music Campus which will take place in July 2020 and June 2021 in Addis Ababa. The Campus is funded by the Goethe-Institut and the Erasmus + Program of the European Union.
